1. Admission & Age Policy

Bluegrass Spring at Falling Rock Park is a strictly adults-only facility. All guests must be 18 years of age or older and must present a physical, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or similar) at the gate. Guests who cannot present valid ID will be refused entry without refund.

2. Tickets, Refunds & Transfers

• Daily admission is $39 when purchased online and $49 when purchased in person, subject to availability.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not available on any ticket, season pass, or reservation.
• Tickets are transferable only on days the quarry is closed.
• Season passes are valid for the named holder for all open days of the 2026 season and are non-transferable.
• Private area and pavilion reservations cover the reserved space only and do not include admission.

3. Assumption of Risk

Swimming, floating, paddling, and all water activities are undertaken entirely at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. The quarry contains deep water, slippery rocks, and sharp rocks. Anyone entering the water must keep a flotation device within arm's reach at all times. Diving is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Guests found with alcohol will be removed without refund.
• Outside beverages, hard-shell coolers, and grills are not permitted. Outside food and snacks are allowed; open-style or clear bags are recommended to speed up inspection.
• Pets are not allowed inside the park.
• Fishing is not permitted.
• Glass containers, weapons, and illegal substances are prohibited.

5. Conduct & Dress

While the park is adults-only, it remains family oriented. Clothing bearing obscenity must be removed or covered on request. Swimwear must be appropriate; nudity is prohibited. Personal speakers are welcome at reasonable volume; explicit music is not permitted. Guests who disturb others or disregard staff instructions may be removed without refund.

6. Weather Policy

The quarry operates rain or shine. Closures occur only when weather is severe enough to pose a danger to guests or staff. Weather closures do not entitle guests to a refund; ticket transfer rules in Section 2 apply.

7. Military, Veteran & First Responder Admission

Veterans, active military, and first responders (Fire, EMS, Police) receive 100% free admission with a valid service ID presented alongside a driver's license at the gate. No online purchase is required.

8. Property & Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Bluegrass Spring is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Please leave no trace: pack out or properly dispose of everything you bring in.

9. Photography

Bluegrass Spring may capture photo and video on the property for promotional use. By entering, you consent to reasonable incidental appearance in such media.
